Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan to Increase Physician Payments April 20, 2006 – Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) has announced it will increase payment levels effective July 1, 2006. Anesthesiologist/CRNA fees for time-based anesthesia services will increase $1.00 for providers in West Michigan and $1.50 for the rest of the state, including Detroit.
